Return Timeframe
Returns are available within 24 hours of purchase for any reason, subject to a processing charge of £1.50. This processing fee helps cover the administrative costs associated with order cancellations and refund processing.
Note: The 24-hour return window starts from the time of purchase confirmation, not from delivery date.

After we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund minus the £1.50 processing fee. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

No Refunds on Custom Artwork Cards
Cards with custom artwork images printed on them are non-refundable. Once an order with custom artwork has been placed, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the personalized nature of the product.
